My first time posting here but spent plenty of hours reading posts!
My DP and I have had an offer on a house accepted in Penge and we have gotten the ball rolling with lawyers and mortgage applications. We got the house quite a bit under the asking price so happy with that but...
The property needs work so we want to get a builder in before we exchange so we can a few quotes and get them booked in. We also want to make sure the costs of work is worth it.
We were wondering if anyone has any builders that they could recommend? For house renovation work as a new kitchen, moving a wall, restoring floorboards.
Any and all help much appreciated.
