Where to buy a bathroom suite

Our current bargain basement bathrooms are now 10 years old - all bought from Bath Store on a shoe string. However, one needs imminent replacement and the other needs a facelift.
Although the bathstore stuff has done us well for 10 years, it cheeses me off that you have to buy their fittings etc as they don't fit standard stuff, at least they didn't 10 years ago!
After a lengthy battle with my conscience, I have decided against the bathroom of my dreams and just want basic again. Victorian Plumbing has been recommended to me but has anyone else got any recommendations.

We just bought a bath from Bathrooms.com and the rest from the Bathstore-the bath was massively cheaper than most in store

We’ve mix and matched bathstore in with other suppliers and not noticed any incompatibility - this was a few months ago - eg we used a bathstore basin with an aston matthews bottle trap and a burlington tap and plug.

I'm looking at Victoria plumb for some, bathstore for other bits and B&Q for the rest

Screwfix stocks the same brands as B and Q (eg Ideal Standard) but a lot cheaper.
