Wow that's impressive. I spent months walking into a room with a bath etc in and saying 'This is the bathroom' and then wanting to kill myself, and them nodding, like they'd never seen a bathroom before.

At out last house, after a few viewing I actually said to one lot "You'll never guess what this is??" as I showed them the kitchen.
