Ikea spare parts

I have some underbed storage baskets that came with pop on plastic discs as feet/sliders.

Over the years these have broken and I decided to get more from Ikea spare parts department (Ikea in store said to go online as these bits were discontinued)

I filled out the form on line 2+ weeks ago. The message back said it would take 5days.

Anyone know if they do get back to you even if there isn’t anything available?

No idea, but I'd look for the parts on ebay.

I have but I think there was a design flaw in them as the nobbly bit that sticks into the bracket broke on all of them.

finally did manage to speak to someone after 3 calls and a couple of web chats. Apparently they haven’t got any as they have been discontinued

Sat down to Look through MN and got halfway replying and ds rang to go and pick him up.

I've ordered numerous parts online and in store and they've always turned up.

These were from obsolete stock. They don’t do them anymore.

Didn’t really order them just wanted to know if they did them firstly but I think because they didn’t a lot of time they ignored me
