HOW do I cover this missing piece of floor?!

Hi all

Sorry for the terrible photo but we got the keys to our house today and turns out a triangular piece of floor is missing!

Need something to cover it... low-budget for now. I can't find any good corner cabinets/units.

Any suggestions? Please!! Thank you

Have you looked on eBay for a second hand corner cupboard? Loads on there, go for a painted one to blend in. Looks like that's what they had there before judging by the paint marks on the walls.

I would buy a piece of wood and stain to match to mend it. And complain if this was hidden when viewing the home. Or place a plant, stack a bunch if books, or small table to hide it until you feel more like mending it. I am sure you have a lot of other stuff to get done before tackling this problem.
