mfi= More F**king idiots!! help please

Hi i'm having a kitchen fitted with mfi. Its a nightmare its all wrong and can't get any sense from anyone. Can any help with advise, legal etc which step should i take now. Please help

oh poor you, they are awful aren't they? my parents had an absolute nightmare time with them.
you need to talk to someone at the CAB or trading standards and see what they say

or go into the shop and make a huge fuss and refuse to leave until they sort it

I've never heard of anyone who's used them having a stress-free time

threaten local press, mp etc. say they are already interested.they are a shower.

My advice aslo would be write down everything - all the calls that were made, days workmen were supposed to turn up etc get it all straight on paper.

Thank you all for your help. I have been talking to the manager and the fitters are telling lies aswell! Does anyone know where i stand legally?

A number of years ago now they screwed up delivery of a double bed. Make sure you ask for compensation for what you've been put through- name your own figure - don't be fobbed off with the pennies they offer. We got about £70 for all the mess, phonecalls, etc we had to endure.
