I've been looking at kitchens and I really like the Milano range at Wren.. does anyone here have it and if so do you love it and please can I see a photo!

Also, general experiences of wren Kitchens and fitting... good and bad... I'm having anxiety at how much it's going to all cost but I'm very excited!

Thank you!

We fitted a Wren kitchen...... Work top never arrived. Never! Kitchen arrived and they said worktop would come later that day, never arrived. Would come the next day, never arrived. Sorry its out of stock will be six weeks. Six weeks with a kitchen and no worktop. Still didn't arrive apparently they no longer stock it.

Hi OP

There have been a number of mixed reviews about Wren on here over the years, mostly negative.

You might find this thread useful.

We decided to go with Howdens & are thrilled with it.

Never ever use wren - have by far the worst score on Which - 67% of customers have an issue with their delivery e.g. missing parts Blush honestly they're a walking nightmare

Thanks for the replies.. I'll carry on looking around I think!

My friend had the Milano kitchen fitted this year and it's stunning, it's very good quality. She had one damaged door which was replaced within 2 days. I also have a wren kitchen which I love but we both used our own fitters.

Have a nice kitchen (mostly) but had to threaten wren with court action and it took a year to get a partial refund. I'd avoid them like the plague.

I went with Benchmarx.
I needed one door changing. Was done within the hour.

I have a wren kitchen.
The " expert designer" ie salesman who came to measure made 20cm error in two places in my kitchen!
Even though they measured twice and jad architect plans to refer to.

Luckily my builder was fitting it and managed to juggle things a bit and make it work an we had wriggle room.,. If the space was tighter the whole thing would have been a disaster.

Outcome was that i could inly have a standard width fridge instead of the wide one i wanted ( and luckily hadn't ordered it yet)
That said, five years on the units are all good, drawers full of heavy pans work fine etc

So i would say - Well put together once you get them but the sales and design process is rubbish
