Climbing frame or trampoline?

Our garden isn't massive - about 12m x 10m. We want to get an outside toy for our son. He's 4 and very active. We were thinking either a climbing frame with slide or a trampoline. If you have a smallish garden what did you get and has it been worth it?

We have both, kids ages 3 and 5. They both get used loads, and the grass has gotten ruined under both. Our climbing frame is quite big, wooden with a slide and swings... I would say they get equal use, but overall it’s the swings that get the most traffic (and make the most mud). The trampoline does last longer though and is great for burning off energy.
