Replacement hot water cylinder advice

Anyone with experience and/or advice, please help?

One-bed flat, econ 7 elec, hot water cylinder provides water only, no central heating. The current one is 20+ yrs old as far as I know. It's a 'vented thermal store combination unit' (I think), this www.advancedwater.co.uk/prod-512-088-2120.html seems to be the up to date equivalent model from the same manufacturer.

Several properties on the same estate have had the cylinders fail/crack, needing urgent replacement, I'd like to do it prior to a leak.

A neighbour has just had a slightly different cylinder installed, a Tempest stainless www.telford-group.com/products/stainless-steel-unvented.html which seems a bit different, I think. They have an electric shower, I don't, if that makes any difference - my shower runs straight off the hot water tank.

Does anyone know about difference types of cylinder and what to go for, how long it takes to replace, what sort of cost, etc etc? Thanks!
