Total novice - who should I use for kitchen refit?

Bought a kitchen from Magnet supply only as my neighbour recommended the builder she used ("Bill", because there is always a Bill) to fit her kitchen and even Magnet agreed he'd be able to be cheaper than them.

But turns out Bill:
Won't take old kitchen away, Magnet will
Won't fit the all-in-one worktop as it's special, Magnet will.

So using Bill I always have to find order and pay for kitchen removal and worktop fitting.

No brainer - use Bill.

But Magnet won't replace the floor or the lights both of which are essential if the kitchen is to look good.

So I need a builder and electrician if I use Magnet.

Is there a simple answer other than sticking with my existing kitchen??

I don't want to offend my lovely neighbour and I also need other smaller value building works done so do need a "friendly" builder on board.

Bloody hell.

Use neither , get a joiner in who can fit the worktop. He will know an electrician who will do jobs like this along side him .

Chickencellar Bill is a joiner/builder. I guess I could introduce a third party into the er party!

To get the best finish you need separate trades. A tiler, specialist worktop fitter unless you are having laminate or wood, an electrician and possibly a plasterer . I am surprised that bill won't remove the existing kitchen. You might be able to give it away or sell it on Facebook.
