Whats the housing market like?could i afford anything?
Is it a delightful place to live?

I live not too far away from Monmouth and can say it's a lovely small market town. I guess though it depends how you would evaluate a town!
It has very good schools, both public and private, some nice shops and it's easy to get to many other places from Monmouth too.
