Got our first viewing on our house today and I am feeling very nervous!..

We have spent loads of time, effort and of course money doing it up, and I am not sure how I will fill if the people don't like it!.. how sad it that!...

I know that someone will want to buy it as in a good location and I think the house is great!... but you never know...

Anyway, please keep your fingers crossed for me, that I won't hear any horrible comments... and that it sells quickly of course...

From your pictures it looks very nice. Good luck, hopefully it will be snapped up soon. Have you got your eye on a new place yet?

No we have decided to buy later on, as we are moving over 3 hrs away so want to get to know the area better before we commit to buying, so will be either staying with BIL or renting...

Well we had 2 couples around this morning (not bad as first day on) and 1 couple seemed really keen, and the other couple much more serious and laid back about the house...

Looking forward to getting some feedback from estate agent (as long as its not a comment about my dirty windows (had spent far too long decorating and sorting stuff and not cleaning windows!....

it would be okay to be lulumamas neighbour if you were pg....

but she spends far too much time in the bbaarrr
