Ceramic parquet flooring or wood

Does anyone have any experience of ceramic tiles that look like wood. I have just seen some on the Porcelanosa website and they look lovely.

I am currently having a single story extension built and I am having to renew my original parquet flooring in the hallway and dining room because I am creating a new open plan kitchen dining and living room.

I love wood floor but I have a dog and I don’t want to risk the new floor getting scratched. I am not having underfloor heating so worry about ceramic being cold.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I looked at the ceramic option. Some of them are fantastic. I chose not to go with them because of the cold. You can install underfloor heating but if that breaks my concern was accessing it
