Help me figure out how to fix my underfloor heating

I don’t have a manual for it as I didn’t install it.

There are separate thermostats for the kitchen and hall. The hall bit of the system is working nicely but the kitchen bit (which is the bit I wish would bloody work) is being annoying.

I’ve managed to set it and everything. But if I try to use it (in exactly the same way as the other thermostat) it starts beeping annoyingly and flashing a warning triangle. But I’ve no idea what it’s trying to tell me. The only way to shit it up is to turn it off and have a cold kitchen.

Any ideas? Thermostat pictured.

No idea. I can't even guess if it is electric or hot pipes.

On the programmer is probably a make/model. It might be inside a pull-down flap. Armed with this you can look up the manufacturer's instructions.

I’m pretty sure it’s wet UFH (it seems to involve the boiler). There are no pull down anythings it any indication of manufacturer anywhere. It’s a mystery I’ve been trying to solve for months now.

Ooh it looks a bit like ours that we inherited also a wet system and impossible to control too! I think ours is Wunda. Ours is battery AA which last about a day. It turns on and despite setting it to say 18’c it just gets hotter & hotter & hotter. So we have to turn it off. When you try to turn it in again it needs new batteries. Blooming useless! So we have a freezing kitchen.

Mine seems to be wired in. But I’ll see if I can find enlightenment in a Wanda manual. Thanks.

Thanks. I didn’t think you were curt. It is a stupid problem. I’ll have a look.
