If anyone is interested I just got the Rightmove HPI for London for June 07. Whilst about 2/3rds of the boroughs are down a couple of percent on last month, all are showing considerable growth from last year.

If you are in the South West prices went up by 1.9 per cent in the last month and by 13.5 per cent in the past year.

Well the south east rose by .6 percent in the last month and 13.6 in the past year. Unfortunately the divide is right down the middle of where I think you live.
