Has anyone used an online architect? Resi?

Just wondering if anyone had used an online architect like Resi? They have good reviews and I am considering it but wondering if it’s a bad idea? We need a remodel of our bungalow and I don’t know if it’s too complicated and we won’t get a good end result. Thanks!

Why would you use an on line Architect? Would it not be better to use one who you could meet in person, and would be able to assess your ideas and property?

Yes, ideally but we have a limited budget so could do more which is why I am investigating!

It may be too much of a risk, but that is why I was hoping for opinions so thank you!

A good Architect would give you a free initial visit, they’d be able to tell you if your ideas were feasible within your budget.
I’d look for a smallish practice that takes on small domestic projects.
