Contacted groundworks companies but they want to come and inspect site/see plans which is fair enough. Anyone project managing their own extension and employed a groundworks company? If so, how much did they charge you for works carried out. We have received one quote via a builder and it did seem pretty hefty. Just looking for rough costs as obviously the above will need to happen for a definite quote?
We need foundations dug etc, land is flat, they could use a mini digger, some minor drainage issues? Anyone?
