Which house do you prefer?

My DH and I are at loggerheads about which property we want to offer on - sawbith in the last couple of weeks.

I like it because it is on a nicer, quiet road. It is closer to the train station than the first one.

He prefers this one www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-75632468.html

This is opposite a busy primary school - we have no kids. Obvs bigger, with bigger garden.

They’re both on for the same price.

We’re moving into the area - these are 1/2 a mile apart.

Any opinions? Am I being silly? DH says there is no question! Thanks.

Neither, if you can't agree. Near a school, and the parking of parents blocking my drive would drive me loopy.

Probably need to be faster next time!

I live around the corner from a primary school, and have sworn never ever, ever to live any closer to one.
I feel so sorry for the houses closer, you can barely get down the main road, never mind get in and out of driveways.
And it's not just pick up and drop off, parents evening, school plays, football practise, meetings etc etc.

I know the area very well and would definitely go for the first one.

For me, it would be house 2 in every way. Its lovely & house 1 isn't. For the same price its a no-brainer in my view. Seems I'm not the only one who thinks that as its SSTC now.
