We’ve been worried about rodents even including rats at our property and a pest controller has just said they are most likely coming from the sewer next to our front door as a cap has come off in the interceptor chamber.
Does anyone have any experience of this? I have googled them and don’t understand drainage systems nor who to turn to for help!
Many thanks if anyone has any experience, I am in such a panic to sort this as it’s our home and currently empty until we can find someone with drain knowledge! Pest control said they couldn’t sort it
