Tumbled Limestone and Underfloor heating

I am having real trouble working how much this will cost with fitting. I am trying to work out my budget!

Kitchen is 6.1m by 3.7m. It currently has terracotta tiles, but I assume the floor would have to be dug out. Is this an arm and a leg to do?

We are ripping the kitchen out, apart from the new unit in the pictures which I assume complicates matters?

I have found some tumbled limestone for 21 quid per m2. Half the price of Floors of Stone but is this false economy?

Thanks.

Having put a tumbled limestone floor in my bathroom I can only say ‘never again’! Looked beautiful for about five minutes, and now just looks grotty. It was sealed correctly and is washed weekly but dirt gets in every little groove and it stains terribly. I’d rip it out again if I could be bothered!

I also meant to say that I am.also considering slate.
