DIY kitchens minimum order

Does anyone know if there's a way round the DIY kitchens minimum order of £750 exc VAT? I was all set to use them for our utility room but it's quite small so doesn't come to as much as that. Not doing the kitchen at the moment so not planning on spending any more.

It's including vat, not excluding. And have you calculated it including end panels, plinths etc? It adds up quickly, I think we had over the threshold from two units. Unless you're choosing open units? The quality really is excellent though, we had no regrets once everything arrived.

It definitely says £750 exc VAT and current order is £710 and there's a message saying I need to spend another £240 to check out. I have plinths and worktop and three units. Not got end panels because the units run between walls. Do I need an end panel against a wall? I was assuming the carcasses came with walls.

That's strange, the main page on the delivery description says including! I guess by the time we had added everything in it was over anyway so I didn't notice. Might be worth emailing about the discrepancy and see if they would waive it?
The cabinets do come with walls and support themselves fine, I wouldn't think you'd need an end panel in your case unless there's a 2cm or more gap between the length of back wall and legnth of cabinets (so maybe 2020mm wall and the cabinets come to 2000mm). Handles? The customer service is pretty good via email, might be worth asking anyway.

I ended up buying an oven to make up the minimum amount and selling it on ebay for a £30 loss Grin. Wasn’t worth it though, I should have just bought units from Ikea instead.

Maybe try a different supplier?
If you've ordered a full kitchen previously you can then do a smaller order but that doesn't help you.
