Repainting whole house

We want to sell our home, but the paintwork internally isn't great. Last done 4 years ago, but seem to have lots of marks all over the place now.

Is it worth painting to improve chances of selling? How much would you think is reasonable to spend on this? It's a 4 bed, 2 reception terrace in SE London.

We repainted ours throughout, not expensive and makes the house look so much nicer. Go for it 👍

Probable cost would be btween 2.5 to 4 k with a decorator doing it. Unless it really is just slapping paint on, no prep, in which case less.

Thanks both. We have decided to go ahead. Quotes seem to be around the £2000 mark, because some rooms can do with just a touch up, rather than a full repaint.
