Does anyone have advice about best ain't to use in the case that a neighbour's Bath has overflowed and caused damp in a bathroom and bedroom. We are needing a new ceiling and redecoration of both. We are going through insurance but getting bamboozled with advice from various builders as to which paint eg zinsser/anti mould/ anti fungal etc
Have you got any thoughts?
