Hello lovely mumsnetters!

We are moving and considering a house. At needs a lot on improvement. I think it's mainly cosmetic so trying to get some guidance on costs
Does anyone have a rough idea how much it costs to:
Replace window sills
Replace interior doors and their surrounds
Replace windows and floor in summer house

Thanks ladies

Depends where you are in the country and what sort of doors and windows you want.

And how many: having 5 done won't cost much more than 3. Need more info, maybe a photo. Regarding the summerhouse you may find it cheaper to burn that one and get a completely new one.

All carpentry so as above said depends on how many cills and doors.
Should be able to do 2 doors and 2 cills a day

Thanks all

I was thinking about having the summer house removed and rebuilt but wanted a company to do that. If it's just a carpenter then I will have a look at local carpenters to get an idea

Doors are probably around ten internal doors with surrounds also, and windowsills are four or five. Does anyone know if windowsills can be removed without the window coming out?

Would it be a carpenter for windowsills also?

Forgot to say - in the south east but just outside London commuter belt (Hampshire)

Are the cills wood? In my experience they don't go all the way through unless they are stone

Currently they are wood yes. Fingers crossed they don't then
