We're planning on moving from our current zone 3 home to get a bit more space.
I like the feel of Epping high st, the tube is great and schools look good but I'm wondering if there are areas that are similar but a bit cheaper!
We have 2 DC young primary school age, We need to be near a tube for DH work and I would like to be near shops and cafes. Our budget is 475k maybe 500k if it didn't need anything done... has to have 3 x bedrooms and a garden
Can anyone suggest areas to look? I've been on Winchmore Hill vs Leytonstone & South Woodford, Woodford Green or Buckhurst Hill? threads but i'm so confused! I'm spending hours trying to refine our search area before we start visiting areas.
