Stupid decisions... and now I'm in arrears :(

Right so i've been a bit stupid with my money the past couple of months and im now in arrears with my council tax.

I have an agreement in place but im moving due to finding out im pregnant and for logistical purposes need to move from upstairs to downstairs.

However... unsure how this affects my arrears with the council tax?
Obviously money is tight so wouldn't be able to afford to pay off all together, what are my options?

I’m not sure what you’re asking; you need to pay what you owe.

Im not saying i dont want to pay what I owe. Ive just heard that if you owe and then move they ask for it all upfront.
Or they would just put my arrears onto my new flat?

Are you staying in the same council area? Ring the council and ask them.
