Estate agent question - to change or not to change?

Our house has been on the market for two months and only one viewing - two cancellations as well, one whilst I was sitting waiting on them to arrive, having changed my whole day's plans to tidy and clean, grrrr.

Anyway, I haven't been too impressed by our EA so far - poor communication, not the best advertising and a few other things.

To make things worse, a neighbour a few doors down from us put their house on the market a few days after us, with the same agent. It's a newer house, still roughly same size, just with a utility room that we don't have. However, we will never be overlooked at the back of our house - the road there leads through another development and is a cul de sac. The way the layout is means no houses behind us. Currently only a field behind neighbour's house that's also up, BUT the land is for sale with planning for 170 homes. So here's my conundrum - if we were with a different EA they'd be pitching our house against the neighbours but as we're both with the same one there's not that same competition IYSWIM? Should I change to try and improve things for us? Any advice appreciated!

If you feel like your agent is no good, change.
Some agents are horrible, but some are really great. Try to check out some reviews and local forums and find a new one.

If they communicate badly with potential buyers, that can explain lack of viewings.
