Original victorian floor tiles

Hello,

We have moved into a house with original victorian floor tiles (the black and white ones).

We want to get someone in to professionally clean and seal them (i am not upto doing it myself at the moment, as there are a million other things to address), but its not in budget this month.

In the meantime, how can i clean them at the most basic level? can I use a light detergent like washing liquid?

Ive looked on tile doctor, but im unsure whether the products they sell are for use on unsealed tiles.

Would appreciate your help.

Bump, I would also like to know if anyone has any experience with this!

I use Flash floor cleaner in hot water and a microfiber mop on mine.
No issues to date and have lived with them for 30 years.

Ok, thanks!
I was just worried I would ruin them (not knowing much about them)

I used this and it was pretty miraculous.
