Hi. This will seem like a really silly question but is the fluffy stuff on the bottom of my bifold doors just draft excluder? Whatever it is it has come out on one of the doors. Our builder sourced the doors for us when we had extension done 18months ago and he sourced a fitter as well. I have had said fitter back before to remedy similar problem and to adjust the doors as the extension has settled but I am struggling to get in touch with him. Our builder just passes the buck. Can we fix it ourselves or can I just get someone else to come and sort. It seems such a silly fiddly little job for someone but it is annoying me. How long after fitting should I be expecting my builder / fitter to sort? Thanks.
