Gloss kitchen units

Can I do anything eg painting or will I need a whole new kitchen??

It's wall to wall gloss greige. I am painting walls but anything I can do to cupboards??

If the units are OK you can just buy new doors.

Problem with that I've realised is that there's lots of returns / extra bits which don't look like standard kitchen bits so not sure that would work - apart from Ikea where can I just buy doors???
