Under offer for six months?

There is a property I'd really like to view.

It's been on the market for seven months, listed as 'under offer' for six of those.

What's going on?

might just be a typo. We found websites frequently not up to date?

Ring the EA. It could very well be still under offer - sometimes finance and surveys and stuff just drag on and on and on especially if your conveyancing team are dragging their heels.

If you want to view it - then do so. Sales fall through all the time.

I emailed them- just said sorry, this is under offer.

Why not take it down then?

they dont come off rightmove until exchange.

we were seven months from offer to exchange, Daddy's princess two down the chain pissing all the little people about. it happens.

It's just another way of saying the sale is in progress, like SSTC. EAs want to advertise they've got a sale don't forget.
