Bouncy house. Help

Just a short one. Our house is a terraced. Currently renting while saving up for a mortgage.

It's not an old build.

Our house if really really bouncy. When you walk through the living room, the while house shakes, and bounces. It's ridiculous. My 3 year old can make it bounce by just walking.

You literally only have to walk from the living room door, to the other side of the room, you can feel the floor bouncing, the walls shake.

What is this problem?

Thanks.

Sound like it is a really cheaply built house.

Rotting joists or very cheap joists, probably with hardboard flooring that the screws/nails have come loose from.

Is there anything my landlord can do about it??

He is overcharging us unbelievably and we are working our arses off to run it but as much as we try to keep it nice. The little Nick nacks are a shit hole.

My dbil had to put my drawer back on last week.
The whole window wall/under the windiw and shelf is cracked and wobbly.

Like i said the whole house actually shakes when walking along the living room floor.
We're desperate to get out.

@gril that unfortunately does not suprise me! My Landlord is a tight twat. A billionaire. But my god is he tight with money.

He probably hired a backstreet bodgeit to do it.

I doubt there is anything he can do unless he spends a lot of money (and guts the place).
