We offered on a house in May. The couple we are buying from are getting divorced. House has been on since November last year. Our buyers are in rented and our seller is going into the home of someone who has passed away. We were set to move next week at sellers request (she’s a teacher) but we are waiting on her paperwork. She hasn’t answered simple things like will the house and garden be free of rubbish. My husband has booked time off especially, we have two kids with autism and frankly starting to get sick of this woman holding stuff up as she’s “busy”.
Has anyone else had a very annoying selling and it all worked out?
