Cost to fit an outdoor tap

Just wondering what others had paid to get an outdoor tap fitted before I go ahead and book our plumber. Thanks in avance

We paid £40 two years ago. If was a new build and thought that it would be standard but we were obviously wrong along with a light at the back of the houseHmm

It depends where you want the tap.

If your happy to have it where ever is close to an indoor tap then it's a pretty simple job and shouldn't cost alot. If you need a pipe redirecting all round the house it's a bigger job and will cost more.

We got it done at the weekend - £45 including materials, tap was by indoor tap. We got quoted £120 by one company!

£55 last weekend (East Midlands)

when we spoke to plumber on phone he said between £55 and £80 depending on how much outside pipework was needed
