Sorry for yet another post (and probably a silly question). Firstly I shouid have thanked everyone who replied to the last post about posting letter/leaflet enquiringly if landlord interested in selling. We haven’t done that just yet, as we’ve decided to look at a house a few streets away.
So moving on to the question.
We decided to view the property and DH had time to pop in and see the estate agent last week Monday and arrange a viewing. The EA told him he would get back after arranging time slot (he needed to contact landlord and tenants).
We hasn’t heard from him all week, and chased it up on Friday. The EA said that he did have a slot for Friday, but he didn’t manage to contact us as he was busy, and to call Monday. So yesterday DH rang, and the receptionist said she would pass message on. We haven’t heard back since.
We’ve only viewed one other property, and that was a quick call, time and date given. I appreciate he needs to make sure landlord and tenants know, but does this sound like he’s taking his time? We are FTB and so aren’t too clued up about everything.
Thank you
