Just wondered if anyone had any advice on how to respond when week after week you ask your solicitor where you are at, and you get the same response "I am still waiting for the response to my enquires from their solicitor"....Ive asked what these enquires are (wont say) and how many there are (wont say!) - so it gives me no idea of how long the wait will be. I know the seller is packed and good to go, she is trying to chase up her solicitors (they are super slow) and Ive asked the estate agent to do the same - but its hard to chase up when you dont know what youre actually chasing! Anyone have any advice on what I could do or what my solicitor should be doing to get this mysterious information? Thanks!
