Bathroom: Re-grout or put in Vinyl flooring

Hi,
We will be putting our house on the market shortly. When we did the bathroom, we stupidly put in lovely light coloured floor tiles. 5 years and 2 kids later, the grout is awful. DH did a awful diy grout replacing job once and we did a grout pen another time.

Now that the house is going on the market, DH thinks we should get some lovely vinyl flooring in the bathroom instead of getting it re-grouted. The tiles are fine, lovely and clean. Its just the grout we have probs with !

Any thoughts ladies?

Can you not use a grout dye!

Regrout in a darker colour?

Just re-grout, cheap and easy to do, maybe your other half will have learnt from his previous mistakes and do a better job this time around.
