We have a London property we may sell one day. Currently rented as not living there anymore.
What is capital gains like?
If we love back in and then sell does that make a difference?

You know there's Google don't you?

You would get ppr relief for the time it was your main residence plus further relief for the rental period (40k max). Last 18 months of ownership also exempt.
