Hi all,
We are considering Housesimple to sell our property. If anyone here has experience with them from a buyers perspective, please can you share your thoughts?

Thanks :)

We sold with them, which was very smooth and painless. We used their sales progression service. Had plenty of viewings booked with them and an open-day arranged (which we ended up cancelling as we agreed an offer before).

Why not find one of their listings and call up as a prospective buyer to arrange a viewing to see for yourself how they fare? You can always cancel before the appointment if you don't want to waste the vendors time.

Hi PinkRose80,

We bought a property through Housesimple. No real issues, apart from the fact that the vendor was very slow in getting back to us originally when we wanted to view/offer on the property. But that is not a reflection on house simple more the vendor itself.

Asides from that I think it was all straight forward.

I don’t think the estate agent really matters as long as the pictures are good.

People are buying the house at a price they want because they like it regardless of if it says Savills or house simple.

Thanks Cookie and Tori

Tori, I just want to make sure the agents I choose do a decent job.
