We are renting out our house for the first time and I've just had the terms and conditions through. I was really surprised to see that we owe them the fee every year the tenant stays? It goes down by a percentage point each year but still. It also stipulates that should we choose to sell the house we must give the listing to them as sole agents for 8 weeks...this all seems a bit much? Is this standard?
