Lloyd's bank - how to make CHAPS payment

Need to page my house deposit but cannot for the life of me work out how! Can't find any information on their website or online banking. Is it an over the phone or go into branch job?

Ring them and find out. When I had to do it (different bank) I had to go in to a branch and take ID on top of going through security with them. But that was a long time ago.

Done two CHAPS payments with Lloyd’s. Both times I went into branch. I’m not sure if I had to go into branch but given the size of transaction I wanted to make sure it was setup correctly

For large payments, make a sample payment (e.g. £1) first, and speak to a person whose voice you recognise at the recipient (don't check by email and don't use a mobile phone number). There are some cunning frauds that cause you to send money to the account of a fraudster.
