Paddington vs Reading

Which one would you pick and why?

Which towns are more welcoming to African Americans? I'm guessing Paddington would be more diverse?

Reading is a large enough town and relatively cosmopolitan due to the presence of large IT companies. Obv not comparable to London but good enough.

Henley-on-Thames, Marlow, Maidenhead, Twyford! Much prettier than Reading by far!

Paddington, or London in general, is far more diverse than Reading and about a billion times more so than any village outside Reading.
