Tumble drier woes

Sorry for the drama llama title, I’ve been on the gin, not really woes, just two small issues.

One is that our new TD was installed today in our new utility. The door opens right back and only now it’s in have I noticed that where it is, if the door is opened without any care it basehes against the window. So question is, does anyone know if there’s such a thing as a rubber stop that can be attached to the hinged side of the door to stop it from opening 180 degrees.

Other issue, which is utterly ridiculous is that there is a spider trapped in the glass door! There’s two layers of glass and it’s in between. God knows how long it’s been there, one would presume since manufacture as it’s totally sealed and the wee bastard is still alive in there! I phoned the suppliers who were bemused but totally onboard with trying to sort it but apparently after they were on the phone to Bosch for half an hour they were informed that since it’s not technically a fault them it’s a chargeable service to fix it. Ummm, I don’t really want to end up with spider carcass at eyelevel every time I load the washing!! (It’s stacked ontop of the washing machine) No question on that issue just a moan!
