I suspect my crap solicitor has ballsed up.
I exchanged last Friday, 15th, completing this Friday.
Over two weeks ago the cheeky greedy vendor wanted extra for the oil in the tank. I declined as the boiler is almost 30 years old.
Obviously my refusal to pay for an unknown quantity of oil, has not been noted, and they are again requesting money for it.
Can they take the oil now I have exchanged?
Its a probate sale - think greedy money grabbing kids.
