If anyone sold their house recently , how long did it take for people to start viewing from it going on the market?

First viewing was the day after it appeared online. We had our first offer within a couple of weeks and accepted an offer within a month.

However there are lots of factors that affect these things. Location. Price bracket. Supply of similar properties in the area. Type of property - does it have niche appeal.

Details and photos taken on the Tuesday.
Online on Wednesday.
An appointment made on Wednesday afternoon for viewing on Friday.
Viewing on Friday.
Offer made Friday night [turned down, too low].
Offer close to asking price made on Saturday morning and accepted.

South West, bungalow.

10 months ago. House went "live"Friday lunchtime and we had 3 viewings booked for the Saturday then had an offer on the Monday. Actually moved 12 weeks later.

Oh forgot to say, South West 3 double bed new-ish house.

listed on the Monday, first veiwings that weekend, some new and second veiwings the following weekend and sold on the Tuesday.
So just over two weeks to sell.

We were realistic with price though and really prepped the house, re-painted, decluttered and depersonalised, nice plants in garden etc
