Good Estate Agents in Tunbridge Wells

We are putting our house on the market and I am confused about which estate agent to go with - there are so many here and their valuations vary widely. Does anyone have any advice on who to choose/the best selling agents? We want a quick sale, but without losing money.

Have a look on Rightmove for your current location, and search for properties similar to yours. Is there one firm that appears more often?

Pick someone you feel like you will get on with, it could be a long journey. Even a quick sale may take a few months from start to finish.

Generally you can either sell quickly, or for a good price, not always both together, particularly with the current market conditions.

Green Lizard are VERY good. We have just had success selling with them. Really personal touch and very realistic / helpful about everything. They do evening and Sunday viewings for buyers if you can be out!

We’ve had a nightmare trying to view/offer with a couple of the bigger agencies. Can’t do viewings as they have so many houses on with them and never answer the phone!

Thank you for this. It is really helpful. I had a bad experience with a London agent when I sold my last place - they managed to lose me over £10k on the sale and let things drag on and on.
