Move to Horsell?

Hi all, we are thinking about moving to Horsell from South London. The village looks pretty but we basically know nothing about it - community, number of families, whether the local state schools are any good etc. We have a 1 yr old daughter and would like to grow our family, so hoping to move somewhere we would make friends and meet other families with little ones. Are we looking in the right place?! What's it like living in Horsell?
