Hello everyone. I am thinking a moving from a 3 bedroomed property to a smaller one. My present house is not that big but old and I imagine will take a lot of upkeep in the future. I love it here and would not choose to move but I am looking to the future.
I shall aim for a new build even though I prefer period property. It is such a long time since I moved that I would be really grateful for advice of dos and dont's" to consider when buying. " what I am saying is, what sort of things ought I remember to check before putting down my roots.
