Anyone seen any good Arts and Crafts style houses on the market? They're my dream home and I'd love to know what sort of prices they're going for around the UK and what kind of condition they're in!

Wow! That is surprisingly unspoilt on the inside.

There are loads around St Anne’s and the Fyle coast for quite reasonable prices. www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/St-Annes.html

Fylde coast.

Amazing price for what it is.

There are dozens in Birmingham- on Rightmove use B45 (Barnt Green), B17 (Harborne), B15 (Edgbaston) and B13 (Moseley) for most- all prices, some absolutely beautifully preserved inside.
I wanted to link a specific (listed) but it seems to have been withdrawn from sale.

That house linked looks as though it could be the setting for some dastardly goings-on... Agatha Christie style or the like.

KingsHeathen · 03/06/2018 23:29

Actually, probably Bournville would count too? B30
And some of B38

Nottingham has lots too - often in Mapperley Park. Leicester too.

RealityHasALiberalBias · 04/06/2018 15:18

That house! I want to go to there...

Loads of very nice ones in Leicester. Generally if you look for any really successful victorian towns you will find a wealth of arts and crafts stuff. You might Davy a visit to the George Harrison Hare Krishna Temple in Radlet. It is a lovely A&C house and largely unspoilt inside. Food is good too.

I'm going to get looking in suggested areas. Thanks. Please do keep ideas coming.
