Design and build companies, south west London

We are looking to extend our kitchen into the side return, and do some renovations of the ground floor of our Victorian terrace. Ideally I want a design and build company as we definitely don’t have the time to project manage ourselves.

Does anyone have recommendations for design and build companies in south west London? We are in Wandsworth.

Both are locally based. A number of friends and neighbours have used one, or other, of these companies and spoken highly of them.

Both my neighbour and I used More Space (www.ineedmorespace.co.uk/) who are based in Gunnersbury and cover most of London for our side return. They will do design and build and arrange for all the necessary council sign offs etc.

They were excellent and the project was well managed. I got 7 quotes from individual small building firms to large companies like More Space. More Space were very competitive.

Hi, I recommend a firm called SAW Builders, St Mary's Road, Ealing. They're a polish company and have built me a whole house. Fantastic joinery and management. Mine was a 12 month build 6000sq ft. On time and on budget.
